All Sales Are Final
Because many of my products are used directly by pets, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or returns once items have been delivered.

Digital products that will be delivered instantly after purchase—no physical item will be shipped.
Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding! 🐾
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, I’ve got you 💛
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or incorrect
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, I will happily offer a replacement or store credit.
Pet Care & Hygiene Items
For the safety of all pets and customers, certain items cannot be returned.
This includes:
- Paw balms and grooming products
- Opened or used items
- Any product that has been worn or tested by a pet
Paw Balms & Topical Products
My paw balms and similar products are made for direct use on your pet, so they are considered final sale items.
I recommend:
- Reviewing ingredients before purchasing
- Doing a small patch test when trying a new product
